POLICY STATEMENT

A “Safe” workplace creates a healthy and happy environment. At William Kelly and Sons, this is an environment we strive for and are committed to adhere to.

Therefore, it is our policy that the management of William Kelly and Sons will provide a safe worksite, establish and maintain its sites and equipments and ensure that employees are working safely. Our Occupational Health and Safety Program are designed to address these.

In this regard, the total cooperation of employees will be solicited by the management upon hiring, to ensure proper understanding and adherence of the management’s rules and regulations that pertains to his/her safety. Zero tolerance on unsafe work activities will be enforced.

The site Foreman is responsible for his workers, their training and instructions; their safe performance on the job, their adherence to the rules and regulations of working safely and correcting deficiencies of unsafe worksite or activity.

It is further required that everyone is expected to correct and report unsafe working conditions and activities and to work together toward the prevention of “any” accident.

It is our policy to provide an excellent quality service to clients while taking all necessary steps to prevent injury to our employees, employees of other companies, the customer and the public.

All Persons on jobsite, including employees, sub-contractors and visitors shall comply with our Occupational Health & Safety Program.

Our Occupational Health & safety Program is designed in the best interest of all personal, subcontractors, visitors and customers. We believe accident prevention and efficient production can go hand in hand. Accordingly, we expect everyone to report & correct unsafe working conditions/ activities, and work in a positive, cooperative manner towards the prevention and elimination of accidents.
